NASDAQ IPO Workshop
During the NASDAQ IPO Workshop, NASDAQ OMX market experts will present factors behind the recent upward trend of IPOs in the U.S., and will lead a discussion with venture capitalists and company executives to offer their advice to entrepreneurs on how to prepare their companies for an IPO.
Pam is responsible for working with private companies in the Western Region of the U.S. Pam works with early stage companies by providing insight into the capital markets environment, the process involved in taking a company public and assisting private company management teams via value-added products and services.
Pam has over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry, having spent the last 5 at NASDAQ. Prior to NASDAQ, she spent 20 years as a SVP at Deutsche Bank. Pam received a B.A. from Indiana University.

H. Gregory Nasky represents clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including: negotiating and structuring corporate, commercial and real estate transactions; private and public financings; and regulatory compliance matters. He joined Goodsill as a partner in 2006; previously, his extensive professional background had expanded from Nevada to nationwide and international resort and gaming development projects. He served as an executive and as a director of a New York Stock Exchange company and as a director of an Australian Stock Exchange company.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nasky has been a leader in professional, business, educational and community organizations. He also has presented seminars and been a speaker before diverse groups of attorneys, accountants, developers, planners, regulators, prospective investors, rating agencies, shareholders and graduate students, as well as the media.
